1. Payment and Terms
The client will pay to beYou Education Ltd the sum detailed in your quotation document for our services. Which is the total amount of this contract. The contract will be invoiced as detailed in your quotation document. Invoices will be sent to the named client in advance and are payable strictly within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
The fee does not relate to any additional services not agreed in the proposal or contract, which if required will be quoted separately.
2. Non-Solicitation Term
The Customer shall not, as part of the contractual agreement and for a period of one year immediately following termination of the agreement, either directly or indirectly offer a contract of engagement, solicit or attempt to take away, or solicit an employee of beYou Education.
In circumstances the client will be liable for 75% of the annual salary/earnings of the employee under consideration.
3. Client Consent
The client agrees to replace any equipment which has been damaged to the extent of repair or safe use, these items may include but not limited to, laptops, hairdryers, back washes, stations and TV’s etc.
4. Quality Assurance
beYou Education Ltd will monitor and assess its employees on a regular basis to ensure consistency and quality in the services we are providing. beYou Education Ltd also acknowledges its clients may also wish to assess our services and will provide our client with the relevant materials and easy communication paths to do so.
beYou Education Ltd. and its employees are fully insured through Accelerant Insurance, policy no. ABE220004813126769.
The client acknowledges and confirms that beYou Education Ltd will be notified of any children with Special Education Needs and provide assistance where needed through qualified staff members.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the client wishes to terminate this contract before the agreed termination date a period of:
- Annual Booking = 60 teaching days
- Termly Booking = 30 teaching days
- Half Termly Booking = No cancellation option
notice in writing is required and a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining value of the contract after the notice period will be charged.
6. Unexpected Conditions
If a client wishes to replace/swap a student enrolled on to the beYou programme, they must discuss this with our lead contact.
The new starter will certainly be able to join following the next school holiday period for example, if a student has not attended in January and the school wish to offer the place to another student, the new student would be able to attend following February half term. Therefore, beYou Education can make all relevant arrangements to ensure a smooth induction period.
7. Contract Renewal
Please refer to your specific proposal/quotation document for full renewal terms.
8. Covering Lessons
If for any reason a session is cancelled by, beYou Education Ltd and the reasons are beyond beYou Education Limited’s control, there will be no refund issued.
9. Publicity Release
The client agrees to beYou Education Ltd using the clients name and testimonials provided by the client for the purpose of marketing and promotion. In turn, beYou Education Ltd agree to provide the client with full use of its logo for relevant promotion.
The terms & conditions outlined above contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
